What you'll do

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed residential cleaning according to BrightSide quality standards.
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and maintain homes with exceptional attention to detail.
• Follow company cleaning standards, checklists, and procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
• Use the company's scheduling and communication system to manage assignments, confirm upcoming jobs, accurately log work hours, and promptly report scheduling changes or issues.
• Arrive on time, maintain a professional appearance, and represent BrightSide respectfully while working in clients' homes.
• Communicate courteously and professionally with clients and the BrightSide team.
• Safely use cleaning products, supplies, and equipment.
• Help protect BrightSide's reputation for integrity, reliability, and exceptional service.

• Previous professional residential cleaning experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Friendly, professional, and respectful attitude toward clients.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel between customer homes throughout the greater Seattle–Tacoma area.
• Smartphone with reliable internet access for scheduling and communication.
• Willingness to successfully complete a background check, in accordance with applicable law.
• Ability to report to work fit for duty and safely perform the responsibilities of the position.
• Ability to lift approximately 30 pounds and perform the physical duties of residential cleaning.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
