1. Company Information

BrightSide Home Cleaning LLC provides residential cleaning services throughout Tacoma, Seattle, King County, Pierce County, and surrounding communities.

2. Services

BrightSide Home Cleaning LLC offers residential cleaning services, including standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, recurring cleaning, and Airbnb or short-term rental turnover cleaning.

Service scope may vary depending on the selected service, property condition, home size, customer requests, and operational requirements.

Pricing is based on information provided during booking. If the property's condition, size, level of buildup, clutter, or service requirements differ materially from the information provided at the time of booking, BrightSide Home Cleaning LLC may adjust pricing, recommend a different service, reduce the scope of work, or reschedule the appointment.

3. Booking and Payment

Payment is generally collected before the scheduled service.

Customers enrolled in recurring service authorize BrightSide Home Cleaning LLC and its payment processors to charge the selected payment method for future recurring appointments and approved service charges.

Tips are optional and may be provided directly to cleaners.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Appointments canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled service generally will not incur a fee.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service price.

If our cleaner cannot access the property due to missing, inaccurate, or unavailable entry instructions, BrightSide Home Cleaning LLC may charge a lockout fee or cancellation fee up to the full scheduled service amount.

5. Access to Property

Customers are responsible for providing accurate entry instructions prior to the appointment.

Entry may be provided through lockboxes, keypads, keys, property managers, or other approved methods.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the property's size, condition, pets, access requirements, and cleaning needs.

Customers should remove or secure fragile, valuable, delicate, or irreplaceable items prior to service.

7. Pets

Friendly pets may remain in the home provided they do not interfere with cleaning operations.

Aggressive, disruptive, or unsafe pets must be secured before service begins.

8. Unsafe Conditions and Service Refusal

BrightSide Home Cleaning LLC may refuse, pause, or terminate service if conditions are unsafe, hazardous, unsanitary, or unreasonable.

Examples include biohazards, hazardous materials, pest infestations, mold, weapons, aggressive animals, extreme clutter, or conditions that may place cleaners at risk.

9. Satisfaction Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are dissatisfied with your cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours.

Our goal is to make things right whenever reasonably possible. Depending on the circumstances, BrightSide Home Cleaning LLC may provide a re-clean, service credit, partial refund, full refund, or another appropriate resolution.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

10. Damage Claims

Any alleged damage should be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

BrightSide Home Cleaning LLC may request photographs, documentation, or additional information while investigating a claim.

11. Photos and Documentation

BrightSide Home Cleaning LLC may take photographs of cleaning areas before and after service for quality assurance, training, documentation of property condition, or dispute resolution purposes.

Photos will not be used publicly without customer permission.

12. Recurring Services

Either party may cancel recurring service.

Pricing may change with notice due to changes in service requirements, operating costs, property condition, or other business factors.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BrightSide Home Cleaning LLC's liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

14. Website and Booking System

Customers agree not to misuse the website, booking platform, phone booking services, payment systems, or communication tools.
